The Tishbi Estate Winery is proud to announce that their wines are supervised by the following Kashrut authorities.
Since we do not use any animal products as part of our wine-making process, our wines are now officially fit for kosher, vegans and vegetarian diets
Some winemakers make use of gelatin and / or albumin during the wine-making process in order to give the wine a more delicate taste and reduce tannins (phenols) that give it its bitterness and astringency. From the harvesting stage, we at the winery heed to a slow, gentle and gradual process that enables us to regulate and reduce the bitter flavors.
Due to the gentle extraction processes that prevent needless squeezing, we are able to avoid unnecessary use of additives.
